1. Who we are

Beyond Finance is an accounting partnership registered in Malta ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our contact details are set out at the bottom of this page.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data through this website:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, and any information you include in your message.
• Website analytics: aggregated, anonymous usage data via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no personal identifiers).

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.

3. How we use your data

Data submitted via our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Our legal basis for processing contact form data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in responding to enquiries).

4. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from receipt, after which they are permanently deleted unless an engagement has commenced.

5. Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, our analytics provider, operates without cookies and without collecting personal data.

6. Third parties

Contact form data is processed by Formspree (formspree.io) as our form backend. Formspree acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. Data is stored on servers within the EU. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta at idpc.org.mt.

8. Data security

All data transmitted to and from this website is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (TLS). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access.
